Shipping Policy
Serviceable areas, estimated delivery timelines, prescription-related delays, and failed-delivery handling.
This Shipping Policy explains how Meds&More delivers orders placed on our online pharmacy storefront. Timelines are estimates and may vary with pincode, stock location, courier capacity, and prescription review.
Effective date: 08 August 2026
1. Serviceable areas
- Delivery is available only to pincodes we (or our courier partners) currently service.
- Serviceability is typically checked when you enter a delivery pincode on the product page, cart, or checkout.
- Some products (for example cold-chain or restricted items) may be limited to selected locations even if other items ship to your pincode.
2. Delivery estimates
- Estimated delivery windows shown at catalogue, cart, or checkout are indicative, not guaranteed appointments.
- Orders containing prescription medicines may start packing only after successful pharmacist review of a valid prescription.
- Peak periods, weather, political disruptions, courier network issues, or incorrect addresses can extend timelines.
- Where a courier tracking link is available, it will appear on your order details page after handover.
3. Shipping charges
Delivery and handling fees depend on order value, delivery method, promotions (including free-shipping thresholds), and destination. Charges are shown before you confirm payment. Promotional free shipping may exclude certain bulky, cold-chain, or special-handling items.
4. Prescription and verification delays
For prescription-required items:
- fulfilment is subject to upload and pharmacist review of a valid Rx;
- unclear images, mismatched patient details, or incomplete prescriptions may pause the order until clarified;
- if an Rx cannot be approved, affected items may be cancelled and refunded per our Cancellation Policy.
5. Order processing stages
- Order placed and payment confirmed (or COD accepted, if offered).
- Prescription review (if applicable).
- Pick, pack, and quality checks at the fulfilling pharmacy / warehouse.
- Handover to courier and in-transit tracking (where available).
- Delivery attempt at the provided address.
6. Delivery attempts and failed delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially for medicines that should not be left unattended.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated non-availability, the shipment may be returned to origin.
- Re-delivery or re-dispatch, if offered, may involve additional time or charges communicated by support.
- For safety reasons, we may not leave certain medicines with an unidentified third party.
7. Packaging
Orders are packed to protect product integrity in ordinary transit conditions. Temperature-sensitive items, where offered, follow special handling instructions. Do not use medicines that arrive with damaged seals, broken strips, or clear temperature abuse — contact support promptly with photos and your order reference.
8. Delays and communication
If a material delay occurs after dispatch, we or the courier will attempt to update tracking status. For help, contact us with your order ID:
